1970's Koos Van Den Akker sheer silk floral print chiffon flutter sleeved blouse. Tiered ruffled overlay with a wrap tie waist. The blouse is comprised of 2 floral prints. There is a delicate "ditsy" floral print on the ruffled overlay and the waist tie. The floral print on the bodice is more graphic. There is elastic at the front waist to help create shape and give an empire waist silhouette. This blouse is very unique and beautiful. 100% silk chiffon. Made in New York.
