Shipping charges vary based on the delivery country and order weight. This information is made available before checkout.

Orders within Portugal and the European Union:

CTT- Correios de Portugal- $15/13€ flat fee. Default shipper unless otherwise requested 

FedEx-  Fees are calculated based on weight and service.

United States & Canada:

FedEx- Fees are calculated based on weight and service.

Courier service- $30 US flat fee. Items will take on average 10-14 days to arrive. 

Asia:

FedEx- Fees are calculated based on weight and service.

United Kingdom:

FedEx-  Fees are calculated based on weight and service.

-For all chosen methods, a shipment confirmation will be sent to you with a tracking number.

Returns
Wasn't perfect? Please email hello@shopneutralground.com for a return shipping label. Returns are accepted on unworn/unused items only within 30 days of purchase with a 15% re-stocking fee.
