Shipping charges vary based on delivery country and order weight. This information is made available prior to checkout.

Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via CTT- Correios de Portugal.

Orders will be shipped between 1-3 days from date of order. A shipment confirmation will be sent to you with a tracking number.

Returns
Wasn't perfect? Please email hello@shopneutralground.com for a return shipping label. Returns are accepted on unworn/unused items only within 30 days of purchase with a 15% re-stocking fee.
