Vintage 1970s Buttercream Yellow Polka Dot Silk Tiered Gown

Description:

Buttercream yellow and black silk chiffon evening gown with a layer 4 tier skirt. The polka dots are slightly textural and have a slightly metallic sheen. Black silk charmeuse double spaghetti straps criss-cross at the back. Black satin removable ribbon belt with bow at front. There is light boning in the sides of the bodice to keep the shape. It is fully lined in matching yellow silk crepe de chine. It has a left side zipper closure. 

This dress has no brand label, but is exquisitely made. All of the seams are hand-finished. Based on research it may be a Valentino demi-couture gown.  100% silk.
